Director’s Page

Hello and welcome to the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library website.

The Berlin-Peck Library is made up of several components.  This website is the “virtual branch” of our library.  On these web pages, you can find out about programs and services. You may reserve museum passes, renew and reserve materials, and connect to the multitude of online resources including downloadable electronic books and audiobooks.  You can also find links to databases, view policies and much, much more by “surfing” our site. In other words, the goal of this website is to help you, as the patron, use the library to the fullest, and receive the most from its considerable resources.

I hope you will take the opportunity to also come into our Library, meet the dedicated and competent staff, use the computers and free internet access, check out materials, participate in activities and get to know us.

Part of our ongoing improvement process involves reviewing feedback from customers. As a result, I value your opinion of our library and the job we are doing. I am always open to suggestions for improving service and welcome your input. I take our spending of your hard-earned tax money very seriously. At any time, if you have a question or concern, please feel free to contact me by telephone at 860-828-7131, email at hmalinka@town.berlin.ct.us, or call for an appointment to see me. If I can be of assistance to you in any way, please let me know. The staff and I are here to serve you!
