InstantFlix (powered by IndieFlix) is a streaming video service that specializes in presenting independent films. It’s unique payment structure helps support the creation of independent film; producers are paid per minute their films are viewed. The better their movie, the more they get paid!

How do I use IndieFlix?

1. Go to the InstantFlix website

Click the link above, or visit rbdigital.com/berlinpeckct/service/indieflix. You may want to bookmark this page for easy access.

Please note: It is important that you bookmark this first page, not indieflix.com. You will not be able to log in directly on indieflix.com using your library account.

 

2. Register or sign in

If you have ever signed up for an account for OneClickdigital or Zinio through the library, you may need to use that login information for InstantFlix. If you’re not sure, click LOGIN, click FORGOT PASSWORD OR PIN, and enter your email address. InstantFlix will let you know if there is an account associated with your email. 

If you haven’t used InstantFlix before, click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT and follow the prompts to create your new InstantFlix account using your Berlin-Peck Memorial Library card.

Returning users, click LOGIN enter your email address and InstantFlix password to sign in. Then, click BROWSE.

 

3. Search and browse

  • The first page will give you suggestions, just like Netflix or YouTube.
  • If you already know what you’re looking for, click SEARCH (top right) and type in a title, name, or keyword.
  • If you’d like to browse for certain types of movies, click BROWSE and choose from Genre, Distributor, Country, Language or Film Festival.

 

 4. Enjoy

Click on an image to see information about that movie. Then, click the play button to watch. No borrowing required!

Roku

What do you need?

To set up your Roku device for the first time, you will need a computer or other internet-enabled device.

 

1. Find the IndieFlix channel on your Roku

Power up your Roku device and select the IndieFlix channel. It is located in the MOVIES AND TV section of the channel store.

 

2. Find your activation code

Select ADD CHANEL then go to the IndieFlix Channel.

Choose any film and select ‘Watch Full Film’. This will bring up your activation code.

 

3. Register or sign in to InstantFlix on your computer

4. Activate your Roku

Once you’ve signed in, click on your name (top right corner), then click ADD A ROKU. Type in the activation code from your Roku.

What do you need?

Before getting started, you will need to install the IndieFlix app on your Apple TV.

To set up your Apple TV for the first time, you will need a computer or other internet-enabled device.

 

1. Find your activation code

On the first page, select SIGN IN to see a screen with an activation code.

 

2. Register or sign in to InstantFlix on your computer

If you have ever signed up for an account for OneClickdigital or Zinio through the library, you may need to use that login information for InstantFlix. If you’re not sure, click LOGIN, click FORGOT PASSWORD OR PIN, and enter your email address. InstantFlix will let you know if there is an account associated with your email.
