    Let us know when you can (and can't) come in for your passport appointment. Appointments are limited, so be as detailed as possible.

    The library has appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday ONLY.
    If you need a Friday or Saturday appointment, please check the Passport Location Finder or the Post Office Scheduler

    The parental awareness requirements are lighter for ages 16-17 than for younger minors, but to avoid delays, we recommend providing as much proof of parental awareness as possible.

    Ideally, at least one parent/guardian will appear in person, providing their own driver's license or other identification. Other options include a signed note from the parent/guardian with a photocopy of their identification, or payment with a check from the parent/guardian.
