FREE College Financial Planning Nightcollege

Is your child heading to college soon? Representatives from College4Less present a workshop that will focus on high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors. They'll discuss the FAFSA form and all the other information you need to understand in order to maximize the amount of financial aid you are eligible to receive.  Even if your family isn't eligible for need-based aid, we'll cover the best strategies on how to pay for college in the most cost-effective basis - without it putting a strain on the rest of your finances.Questions? Minecrafters!

For grades 2-12. The library has a Minecraft server! Join other super-fans to show off your build skills, trade ideas, and work as a team. Visit the Children's Dept. to fill out a form to be granted access. You must own the PC or Mac version of Minecraft to be able to enter the server; the mobile & Xbox One versions, etc.,  are not compatible. The library will provide 3 laptops with guest Minecraft accounts installed for use on a first-come, first-served basis. We also have a Wii U and an Xbox One with Minecraft installed! Snacks provided, as well as prize drawings of Minecraft items. Registration is required and begins  March 15. Sponsored by Friends of the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library.
