BPLH Room Card Note records: "Tinsmith of Berlin. His shop stood in the north yard and his name appeared on the assesment list of 1812. He sold his tinware to John Hubbard and purchased his ssupplies from Elijah Loveland's Tavern. Still another source indicates he and John Goodrich manufacturing tinware nearest Worthington Center." BPLH Room Card Notes record that he was a Selectman in 1817 and 1818. Also that he sat in Box 17, Kensington Congregational Church during 1815.
