Rose died at age 81 at New Britain General Hospital. She lived at 25 Marjorie Moore Village in Kensington. Rose had lived in Kensington for 51 years and was a member of St. Paul Church and the Berlin Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her husband, Andrew. She was survived by her son, Joseph of Southington; two daughters, Betty Bartolucci and Mary Luddy, both of Kensington; two sisters, Jessica Russo of Miami, FL and Frances Martino of Kensington; 111 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services and calling hours were at the Francis Funeral Home, Kensington and at St. Paul Church.
